Here are answers to some common questions barbers ask us.

  • How long does it take to build my website?

    When you sign up with us, we'll send you an onboarding questionnaire that contains important questions that you'll need to answer in order for us to get started. Once we receive your answers, it will take between 2-4 weeks to build your website.


    If you'd like us to deliver your website in under two weeks, we can do that for an additional fee. 


    At checkout, you can select "Expedited Delivery" and select the 2 week or 1 week options.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Your subscription renews automatically. If you have questions please email hello@barbershopexperts.com

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credits through our payment processor stripe.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Our services are month to month and you can cancel at anytime.

  • How do I cancel services?

    When you sign up, you are notified that you must cancel 30 days prior to your next billing cycle. Just let us know by email or within your website editor portal. 

  • Do you offer support?

    Yes, we have email and chat support. Our team is always here to help you.

  • I have booking, can I still use you for my website?

    Yes, you most certainly can! We have quite a few customers who use us for their website only.
